Anti-smoking vaccine on trial

Several scandanavian countries are in the process of developing a vaccine that apparently causes antibodies to bind with the nicotine and makes the nicotine molecules too large to reach the brain.
What this means is that smoking or using other tobacco products will be less desirable physically and hopefully that will help the person kick the habit. There is the psychological side to tobacco use, and a vaccine will not help alleviate the psychological cravings one gets.
As soon as it is available in the US, I will certainly be one to try it out.
